Most approved listings are published within one business day after submission. You will receive an email when your listing is approved. If it is still pending, check your dashboard under My listings for the current status.

Free listings appear in search with basic visibility for a limited period. Premium packages offer longer display, saved buyer enquiries, email alerts when someone contacts you, and options to show your phone or WhatsApp on the listing page. You can upgrade an existing listing from your dashboard at any time.

Open the property detail page and use the Contact details or enquiry form in the sidebar. You may need to sign in first. On premium listings, submit a short enquiry—once verified, the owner’s contact details can be revealed to you. Never pay advance money without verifying the property and owner in person.

Yes. Sign in, go to My listings, and choose Edit to update photos, price, or description. To remove a listing, use the delete option on the listing detail page in your dashboard. Changes to key details may require re-approval before they appear publicly.

You can list residential and commercial properties across Trichy and nearby areas—including flats, individual houses, plots, land, shops, and PG accommodations. The post-property form adapts its fields based on the type you select (for example, BHK for flats, plot area for land).

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password and enter your registered email. If you still cannot access your account, contact us on this page with your registered email or mobile number—we will verify ownership and help you recover access.

After registration we send a one-time code by SMS to your mobile number to confirm your account. Verification helps reduce fake listings and protects owners and buyers. Enter the code on the verification screen linked from your welcome email, or tap Resend OTP if it expired.

Banner packages let owners and partners promote a brand or listing in high-visibility slots on the website—such as the homepage or property detail pages—targeted by location and category. Browse available packages under Exclusive packages or your account checkout, complete payment, and our team activates your banner after review.

Common reasons include incomplete address or photos, duplicate listings, misleading price or title, or content that does not meet our posting guidelines. Check your email for feedback if provided, update the listing in your dashboard, and resubmit—or contact us with your property ID (e.g. P123456) for clarification.

Use the contact form on this page and include the property ID (shown on the listing page), what is wrong, and any evidence you have. Our moderation team reviews reports and may hide, correct, or remove listings that violate our terms.

Premium listing and banner fees are shown before checkout in your account. After payment you receive a confirmation; services activate once verified.
